Lacking one of the two predicates, a physician may continue to possess an active license even if he should not.
> Thus, an active medical license to practice does mean a person has > been deemed fit to practice medicine just as an active driver's > license means a person has been deemed fit to drive a motor vehicle. And as renewal is required only every so-many years, a person could have gone completely blind and insane both, and still hold a valid license to drive years after he should not be allowed to do so.

The GA Medical Board has been aware of my personal choice to be openly Christian for years.
They simply disagree with you and other non-christians that being openly Christian makes a physician unfit to practice medicine. Their being largely Christian may have something to do with that opinion. On the other hand, the U.S. being one nation under LORD Almighty GOD is possibly a greater factor.
Bottom line:
The only physician you can trust to be truthful and competent are those who have GOD's help to publicly say "Jesus is LORD" as you have witnessed:

Truth is simple.
May we, who are Christians (either Jew or gentile), continue to be mindful of WDJW by praying for your perishing soul, dear Cary:

Chung is a dishonest, mentally ill person who is not fit to practice medicine.
with the clearly fallacious:
If this were true, would not have an active medical license that is verifiable on-line at multiple independent third-party web sites.
> The GA Medical Board has been aware of my personal choice to be openly > Christian for years. > > They simply disagree with you and other non-christians that being > openly Christian makes a physician unfit to practice medicine. Then they don't disagree with me at all, because I hold no such opinion, no matter your desire to wrap yourself in the victim's mantle of those persecuted for their faith.
I do wonder, however, if they would concur with my opinion of a physician who holds that every adult should be eating exactly two pounds of food, composition unspecified; and who is convinced that Satan Himself is communicating with him via numerous helpless possessed Usenet posters.
What do you think?

"Andrew, how has the Holy Spirit informed you that 32 ounces is the optimal amount for all of us? Have you been hearing His voice?" -- GA Medical Board member.
"No, have not been hearing His voice though not saying that He can't have me hear His voice. No one has said that you are not currently a licensed physician. It's not libel if it's a true statement. The truth is that you are unfit to practice medicine due to reasons of mental illness, dishonesty and inability to practice up to minimal standards. You are are not Board Certified in Internal Medicine. You have no hospital privileges or medical staff membership. You have not had any verifiable employment since being fired in Ocala, Fla in 2001 from your first and only post- cardiology fellowship employment. You're a liar and a lunatic. All of this is true.

> My personal choice to be openly Christian is neither mental illness > nor a sign of dishonesty nor an impairment. When you find somebody other than yourself flogging that idea, quote him or her, and then we'll go into it. I myself have never written anything of the sort, because I myself think that's a silly idea, nor do I personally know anyone else who would agree with it.
Oh,,,well, you know:
09909090909090909090909
Entirely and completely incorrect. What I DID say -- as well as proving via counter-example -- was that your statment was fallacious, that having an active license does not ipso facto prove that the license holder currently remains competent to practice. What I did NOT say is whether or not this applies to you.
And incidentally, google "accessory to libel" and notice how many hits you get.
Oh, and one other thing... you snip; I restore:
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
Saying that an opinion of yours is fallacious constitutes libel?
In other words, every time you have labeled a statement by another Usenet poster as "Incorrect" -- one of your most favorite repsones -- you have committed libel?
Here, let me give you an actual case of libel, with the hope that you can learn to see the difference.

I hope that helped clarify the distinction.

It remains simply their opinion rather than an interpretation.
In the Holy Spirit, I know that only those, who are able to publicly declare that "Jesus is LORD," do not have malice in their hearts.

Many thanks, much praise, and all the glory to GOD for His compelling you to unwittingly update folks on your still being unable to publicly say "Jesus is LORD:"

Chung is a dishonest, mentally ill person who is not fit to practice medicine. He has had no verifiable employment and no hospital privileges since 2001 when he was fired in less than 3 months from his very first post-cardiology fellowship job. He is not a reliable source of medical information. He is not Board Certified in Internal Medicine and when his Board Certification in Cardiology expires in 2010, he will not be able to recertify due to his lack of patient encounters.

Caveat emptor.
It's not libel if it's true. And all of the above statements are true. Go ahead, Chung. Parse it out. Line by line and feebly attempt to mangle the words and ive your spin on why it's not true. Then look up the legal definition of libel. Then call me Satan.
