Suppose that I had a mass of some sort, a swollen gland or large
tumor (for example) just something large pressing on my aortic root
with a LOT of pressure...
Is it conceivable that if that mass was manipulated in a certain way
to press on the aortic root, it might cause my diastolic pressure and
heart rate to increase? Is it possible? This is way out there, but I
just want to know if it is possible and how probable.

It would have showed up on your CT scan.

In your specific case of a negative CT scan, improbable.
