I have started running two years ago. I was wondering how health it
was over the long term. I run about 5 days a week. When I say run, I
mean run, not jog. I time myself and push myself to beat previosu
times. I also race 5k's and just did a half marathon a few weeks ago.
My mileage ranges from a high of about 30 miles a week to right now
about 19.

Over time will this hurt me? I am 36.

If over time, this has been making you less hungry...

... it has been hurting you.

Be hungry... be healthy... be hungrier... be healthier:

Utter nonsense. Is there any medical question for you where hunger is not
the sole touchstone?

Do you mean "soul" touchstone?

the answer is NO - remember according to Chungie hunger is wonderful,
formerly was good, but now wonderful.

A day without hunger is like a day without sunshine.

Hunger makes the world go round.

Give me a H ..... give me a U ..... give me a N .....  give me a G...... give
me a E ..... give me a R .... what do you have ....... Chung's idiocy

May dear neighbors, friends, and brethren have a blessedly wonderful
2008th year since the birth of our LORD Jesus Christ as the Son of
Man ...

... by being hungrier:

Hunger is wonderful ! ! !

It's how we know what GOD desires, which is what is good.

Yes, hunger is our knowledge of good versus evil that Adam and Eve
paid for with their and our immortal lives.

"Blessed are you who hunger NOW...

... for you will be satisfied." -- LORD Jesus Christ (Luke 6:21)

Amen.

Here is a Spirit-guided exegesis of Luke 6:21 given in hopes of
promoting much greater understanding:

It's good for you, but it's hard on the knees over time.

Here's a good source on conditioning.

It seems to me I heard somewhere that J A wrote in article

Like everything else in life, it depends.  I've been running well over 30 years
and have no knee problems related to running.  I do have slight osteoarthritis,
more in the hip than in the knees--and related to mild erosion of the spine.
