May dear neighbors, friends, and brethren have a blessedly wonderful

Hunger is wonderful:

It's how we know what GOD wants, which is what is good.

Yes, hunger is our knowledge of good versus evil that Adam and Eve
paid for with their and our immortal lives.

So the question is does Chung really believe that so he wants his daughter to
go to bed and go to school hungry.

He so far has not answered which means he does not and that means he really
does not believe his spiel about hunger and so neither should anyone else..

Look for Chung's response - if he does  not respond or gives one of his usual
responses, then he does not and neither should anyone else.  That, is the
simple truth

Apparently, he doesn't have much contact with her since his wife ran
off...

A few days ago, somebody posted direct questions to him about where
his wife and kid are, and he never answered.

Well look, whyfish is back.  I added SMC to the reply

Why do you post on SMC and yet want noone on SMC to see any replies?
What are you afraid of.

Does Anybody Really Know What Time It Is?

As I was walking down the street one day
A man came up to me and asked me what the time was that was
on my watch, yeah
And I said
Does anybody really know what time it is
I don't
Does anybody really care
care
If so I can't imagine why
about time
We've all got time enough to cry
Oh no, no

And I was walking down the street one day
A pretty lady looked at me and said her diamond watch had
stopped cold, yeah
And I said
Does anybody really know what time it is
I don't
Does anybody really care
care
If so I can't imagine why
about time
We've all got time enough to cry
Oh no, no

And I was walking down the street one day
Being pushed and shoved by people trying to beat the clock,
oh no, I just don't know,
I just don't know
And I said, yes I said

Does anybody really know what time it is
I don't
Does anybody really care
care
If so I can't imagine why
about time
We've all got time enough to die
Oh no, no

You are clueless
about how the Usenet is supposed to work.
I can post anywhere I want;
but I don't have to read anything.

As I said, I'm just replying to a crosspost.
I hardly ever initiate any crossposting.
Actually, believe it or not, in that case,
I'm expected to set the followup-to header!

If you feel deprived of your chance
to reply to me and boast about it
to the public of your favorite newsgroup,
feel free to initiate your own crossposting.
That's how it works.

Isn't life unfair!

Thank you, monkfish, for recognising the problem and trying to correct
it. If everybody did as you advocate, Usenet would be a pleasanter
place. There'd be no godbotherers in alt.atheism or sci.med groups, for a
start.

(smc added back and aa added because the point Monkfish is making is
very germane to those groups in particular).

Then those who agree with you simply have to remove SNC from their responses
rather than having their say on SMC and then wanting the respondeer not to
respond on SMC - typical of those who say others should do as they say and
not as theyh do which is exactly like you did.

It will be interesting if you and monkfYsh respond on SMC or do as you want
others and remove SMC from your response.  Will look for response on ACT with
the above subject if do not see one on SMC

That would only work
if you already know that
you are not replying to a person
who is only subscribed to SMC.
As you can see, I removed alt.atheism
because I know you are at SMC.

My way is much better.
Use followup-to header;
and if you must, crosspost to your own newsgroup

Yes "it" is doing that - kind of obvious and most of "its" posts are the same
- trying to be a Chung junior, but not quite ready for prime time.  At least
Chung does rarely occasionally show a little imagination.  Remember the

You are sadly mistaken.
I can read all replies to me.

What's bothering you is that
you might have to deal with me alone
if you don't crosspost your replies to SMC.

That type of mentality in your above comment where you will or will not do
something only if someone else will or will not do the same, is not unusual
with people like you of faith who do not have to think because with their
beliefs there is nothing to think about and they only follow what some higher

Religion in the US is like MRSA on a person's body.

Another problem with the crucifixion - rising from the dead - empty
tomb yarn:

In Roman crucifixions, the body was left on the cross as a public
warning to other people, and to punish the condmened person's family
by denying them a body to inter.

Jesus' body would have left on the cross to be eaten by birds and
animals.

Sorry, but the jesus resurection is false - it's just a borrowed myth
that had been commonly used in various Mediteranean cults for
centuries before jesus.

No need to thank me for this, Andrew, just find a good
psychiatrist...   ;-))

Newsweek claimed similar a few years back.  Reason the
tomb was empty was feral dogs got in and dined on the
corpse like it was 150 lbs of Ken-L-Ration (tm).

Historically, the Romans used crucifixion as a punishment on lower
class people and slaves, as a lasting public advertisment that the
same could happen to you.

Bodies were not removed after death. The "gospels" can't even agree on
the day of his crucifixion re. passover, nor the circumstances of
anyone actually seeing or hearing him, after his execution.

How about that big ranch down on Texas, Andi?

The police raided it and found a bunch of your fellow christians
victimizing young girls.

Not all that unusual... what was that other guy's name in texas,
Koresh?

Xianity is like MRSA.

That's probably because
they were doing their best
to tell the truth.

Kindly note that at that time
most Romans believed that
humans can become gods
and some Jews believed in resurrection.

The better question to ask is
what such beliefs mean in modern terms.

So the Bible could not be the Word of God as it was written by men trying to
do their best.

Yes, but I am sure the ardent literal believers will come up with some
reason why it has to be their way. It is almost like the way that
every word in the Bible has to be he word of God so that for many it
seems the Bible is really "God For Dummies."

OTOH, we have a dummmy, Chung, writing his "book" for people who are dumb
enough to buy it and even dumb enough to follow it.

Be Hungry - For dummies by a dummy.

Would you like to be castrated
for being so shamelessly callous?
