It's simple. The passage is saying that unless you have deeds to back up your words, your words are meaningless. You talk all the time about Jesus and being saved, but that's all you've got...words. You are otherwise a failure with no deeds to back up your words. You are a failed physician, husband, father and person. You are shunned and ridiculed by most everyone on Usenet. You have a 2PD diet and a website and a self published book that are the butt of jokes and widely ridiculed. You are not able to find gainful employment and have no hospital privileges. You twist Bible passages, make up stupid cow parables and make up quotes and claim they are sayings from the Holy Spirit. So go on and spout off all you want about faith and Jesus and your lord. You aren't anyone's shining example of accomplishment. You aren't light or informing anyone about how to be Christian. You are the butt of jokes and a butt yourself, "convicting" people who question you...calling people names...accusing anyone who disagrees with you of being a Satan or a demon...threatening your detractors with illnesses and telling them they don't have much longer...gloating over deaths or illnesses that have nothing whatsoever to do with you.
