When a cancerous mole is being removed and the tissue
is cut, if there is any remaning roots/part, can the cancerous
cells from the removal area get into blood stream more easily
(since there are exposed/broken blood vessels and loose cancerous
tissue intermingled)? I am trying to gain some insight into
biomechanics of the process and understand why I was told the
cancerous cells can not spread into blood from a mole biopsy/removal
procedure?
Thanks much,
Ben

No, but it makes sense to remove a cancer completely, and not cut through it
