In that location, http://www.cancerhelp.org.uk/help/default.asp?page=3009
# Getting bigger
# Changing shape, particularly getting an irregular edge
# Changing colour getting darker, becoming patchy or multi-shaded
# Itching or painful
# Bleeding or becoming crusty
# Looking inflamed
and an enlarged lymph node nearby.
How long's the wait in UK?
I'm crossing fingers it's benign.
Let us know please.

6 weeks fromn initial consult to my appointment to have it removed. With
it being on my back i have no idea if it has changed so i guess i'll
have to wait and see. Thanks for your finger crossing :)

Six weeks is not too bad a wait.
A little long to be crossing my fingers.
I'll check in, from to time to see how you're doing.
Years ago, I saw a story on TV. Ex-wife got together with kids at ex's house
for pool party.
She noticed a mole on his back and told him to get to doctor ASAP.
He did and they were able to get it removed, before it had spread.
The ex was very grateful his ex paid attention saved his life.
