No, it's real.
Google for lots of links.
They use it at Georgetown U Hosp in DC, among a number of places.

I had it several years ago (Nov '04) at Stanford, California. It is quick
and a lot more comfortable than wide beam radiation. As far as I can tell,
there were no side effects form the CyberKnife. The WBR is a different
story.

Are there any outcome studies on it effectiveness? If it is combined

When I got mine, I was post chemo so I can't say.
The CyberKnife is a one (sometimes two) time treatment. In my case it
worked with one shot.

My wife went from australia to get it and it was brilliant. she got it
at oklahoma city.
