Hello,

I'm searching for informations on cancer treatment after the chemo therapy.
Half a year ago my mother was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. After the
surgery and chemo, it seems there is no cancer tissue left in her body.
But as it was discovered in a late stage, we are searching for
opportunities to push her immun system and prevent the cancer from growing.
It seems in Germany there's no known regular or popular treatment after
the chemo, so I'm searching for informations, physicans, treatments,
anybody who might help us.

Better yet, save your money (the above "treatment" has not been proven in
humans, only test tubes), eat a healthy diet and excercise.

You may want to ask your oncologist if there is anything else to do to
increase her odds of not having a recurrance or even get a second opinion.

As you have learned, life does not last forever. Rather than change the
things that we cannot change, it is far better to enjoy what time you two
have left, whether it is many years or not.

And don't fall for scams like the one mentioned.

I think that everything could have been done to help your mother has already
been done, except for regular followup. Go out and enjoy yourselves.
