I see this two words implying methods of curing cancer in papers and
some sites I have visited. Is Radiation therapy similar to laser? Or
they are one and the same?

What then is Radiationimplant?

Not the same. Laser works by heat, raditherapy by ionising

Radiation comes in several forms - external beam or implanted radioactive
sources
