Well now,
I have some investment advice...buy stock in the company that produces
Depends! I seems that I am going to be spending some big bucks on these
diaper/panties/undershorts because I am running open! One week after my
catheter is out and Mr. Winky needs SCUBA gear! I Kegel in the morning I
Kegel in the night but to no avail! I guess everything needs plenty of
time to heal and I hope I am not the one that will be incontinent for
life but the doctor says "It could happen" (he tells it like it might
be). You know how your fingers look after spending a hour or two in the
hot tub or pool? How they look all wrinkly and such...well....Mr Winky
is Mr Wrinkled. I guess this is to be expected huh? I hope someday to be
dry but at this point, I let loose if I sneeze, stand up, sit down, bend
over, pass gas, pick something up, set something down etc etc....I am
assuming that this is normal. My incision is getting less sore by the
day and I am hoping that everything inside is healing well too.

On a side note, my pathology came back as a Gleason 3+4 vs the 3+3 from
the biopsy. But it also said that it was all contained within the
prostate vesicle. That confirms the good news for me. Time will
tell....And despite those that think PSA testing is unnecessary, I will
keep getting tested.

Just my .02 cents worth...

Congrats on your path report.

But as people have said here many times before, don't buy too many of those
pads, you probably won't need them for more than a few weeks.
