Long JP drain after surgery?

After open surgery for PCa, still need to wear 2 JP drains due to continued
drainage.  Doctor said this sometimes happen but I would be interested in
knowing if any of you have had this happen and how long it took to finally
get the drains off.  Mine looks like it'll be at least 2 weeks and maybe more.
