It includes those who died while Watchful Waiting (no treatment
at all) and those who tried "alternative" methods and died.
I wonder if it includes those who died not "from" cancer but
other causes, "with" cancer discovered during an autopsy.

How many hundreds, total, does that involve? (That was
a scientific/clinical study, wasn't it?)
How long did they live after chemo or radiation?
What was their age, PSA and Gleason at the time they
began chemo or radiation? Did they participate in
watchful waiting a few years before chemo or radiation?
How many do you know who died after going under the knife?

But you don't have any proof? Nothing to back up your claims?
