Good for you.  I'm only on one month of Lupron and wanting to go on
intermittent already!  But, I won't consider such a short time until
my psa gets down lower.....one month of lupron lowered it from 1.37
to .89.  So we'll see what a couple more months will do.
I should add I haven't experienced any side effects yet and am
exercising like a maniac to ward off muscle loss.

I recommend a test for serum testosterone (T). This will produce
evidence whether the ADT is succeeding. On ADT, the T should be at
castrate level, < 20 ng/dL. See,

Strum and other knowledgeable med oncs recommend at least one full year
of UD (=/< 0.05 ng/mL) PSAs while on ADT before moving to an off-phase.

When to restart is a vexed question. Some say 2.0 ng/mL above nadir.
Others have other criteria.
