John, that depends on what the complaint is about:
  (1) Medical/drugs, which go to the ISP and FDA,
  (2) Obvious brand name forgeries, which go to the ISP and FTC,
  (3) The current numbnutz with a piss-poor command of English
      grammar in his daily postings,
  (4) Any salesman,
  and,
  (5) My mood at the time I pull it out of the TXT directory.

I have 2 to 4 for each class.  I can be real pleasant, or I
can be downright nasty if they've ignore previous complaints.

Thank you for responding Chief.

If it is not too much bother, would you be so kind and share them with us? I
am certain that more of us web newbie's would complain if we had an idea of
how to proceed and how to word such a complaint.
