Interesting to hear the reports out of America from you guys.  Australia has
been selling Cialis now for about twelve months and Aussie guys have been
comparing the difference with Viagra for a while now.  In summary I think we
all agree that with Cialis :-

The results are slightly better
The result lasts longer
Less planning required
Hot flush for a few hours after dose
Slight to extreme tiredness for three days
Slight to extreme muscle and/or back (bone) ache for three days

In general, vote as follows:-

1) I'll be sticking with Viagra.
2) I think Cialis is better for me.

No, this is not market research, just an interested middle aged guy who is
trying to keep his dick working, following PCa surgery, just like the rest
of you.

At this stage, RRP + 8 months, still trying to get mine working.
However, about once/month I'm trying Viagra, Levitra, or
Cialis.  As for the Cialis, tried 20mg a few days ago and got all
of the side effects you mentioned but with no beneficial outcome.
So at this point, my vote would be 1).  (Subject to possible
change, once the plumbing starts working again!)

No response here with Cialis, 10 mg.  I have tried 150 mg. Viagra, the
uro said to take 200 mg. with the MUSE.  That much frightened me.  No
response, except for the stuffy nose and what my family doctor calls
"flushing".
Expensive testing, isn't it?  And no response to boot.  Wish the drug
company ads had to include information on our type situation.
Is 20 mg. the recommended dose for Cialis?  My prescription just says
"take as directed".  Too new I guess, so they did not know what to put down.
   Thank you.

Hi David S.,
10mg is the starting dose - to see if it does anything.  20mg is the
usual dose and is the amount all the studies use when citing side
effects, etc.  I have both levels in my cupboard but either I or
spouse has been under the weather the last week or two so no trial
runs at either level yet.  Will start at 10mg, go to 20mg if nothing
happens and make a report on differences/similarities of the big three
meds (I've taken the other two with nothing to brag about - 6 months
post-op).
