New Study Found That Green Tea...

The supposed active ingredient in green tea "EGCG", is also
available in supplement pills.  So if you can't manage five
cups a day (which the above mentioned Japanese study
claims will cut PCa by 50%), you can try the pills.

Like everything where all we have is a statistical
association and no understanding of the mechanism,
there's always a chance that the effect is not real
(i.e., the men who drank green tea also do something
else that is the real source of the protection), or that the
green tea will cause a 75% increase in some other
disease.

But what the heck.  I take the supplements.
