I think that is a wise decision, Bob. Good luck with it. You'll find each
session is not a problem and actually is relaxing. However, to stave off
the side effects of accumulated radiation, I recommend sleeping one more
hour per night, drinking a lot of water, and walking a lot. I walked 3-5
miles daily 3-5 times a week and drank at least two liters of water a day;
probably more. I came out of it with very minor side effects.
