I posted some numbers and questions awhile back (what do I do to get on this
list) about my PCa. I haven't posted much more as I am really not that
knowledgeable about the subject.

But since my original recommended treatment by urology, hormone suppressant
therapy I have gone to the Ironwood Cancer Center in Chandler Arizona. With
the readings of several books recommended by this list and talking to
several doctors there we have decided to undergo the radiation therapy.

It was weighing the side effects that most influenced me. From what I
understand the survival rate might be better also. But wish me the best good
people. I do you.

I think that is a wise decision, Bob.  Good luck with it.  You'll find each
session is not a problem and actually is relaxing.  However, to stave off
the side effects of accumulated radiation, I recommend sleeping one more
hour per night, drinking a lot of water, and walking a lot.  I walked 3-5
miles daily 3-5 times a week and drank at least two liters of water a day;
probably more.  I came out of it with very minor side effects.

Let us know.
