For some reason, the lab changed to, or my uro ordered, a standard assay.
Results were less than 0.10, but now I do not know how much less. Anything
with a "less than" in front of it is good enough for me, but it sure screws
up my graph.

Look at it this way. At least your results will look good longer before you
see any rise. Psychologically that's good.

If Steve prefers the ultrasensitive test, I recommend taking charge and
ordering it done.

Ha! You can bet on that!
However, I will think about it for a few months.
I am not concerned about my PSA. Quite literally, the only issue is the
graph I make for my family. It seems to calm their fears.
