When I first saw the "From:" line, I thought this
should have been posted in alt.watersports.

We are NOT doctors.

We do NOT diagnose symptoms (that's called practicing
medicine without a license).

We DO suggest you get your a.s in gear and visit a doctor.

Would like that problem now. Getting restless waiting for Little Woody
to make his reappearance.

Based on my cycling experience, there is NO reason for numbness in the
penis from anything short of Tour de France milage.  Get fitted, move
the seat position (up, down, front, back, tilted) or get a new seat.
For example, I get numb on my son's seat, but not mine. The design is
the same but his tilts up slightly while mine is totally level.
