Hello! I need help and advice!
I'am 28 years old and I'm using a Proscar (finasteride) tablets due to
treatment hairloss during last one month.
Now i have dull pain in left testes and in groin for a last two days.
I have been read that it is common side effect due taking finasteride and it
takes away for couple of days.
Also I have a temperature 100F (38Celsius). My sperm i coloured brown and I
am very worried!

What I need to do? Am i need to take some antibiotic? Please help me!

We are a support group for folks with Pca, sharing our experiences, and
knowlefge gained during the journey. With that said, the dose of proscar
5mg, used for bph and to suppress certain forms of testosterne is many
times greater than the dose used in treating hair loss. I have been on
proscar for many years, iniatially for treating bph, then as an adjunct
in the treatment of Pca. The symptoms you are describing does not sound
like it is related to the small dose of proscar you are taking. My
advise is to see a Urologist immediately for a diagnosis. This is the
opinion of a non--physician, and is probably worth the fee i am charging
you.

I agree that you should see a doctor right away.

Pain in the testicles could be something serious, like testicular
cancer - which is extremely dangerous and which can strike
young men.

Good luck.

This thread strikes a chord with me because two of the symptoms I had
prior to my PCa journey were a slight discoloration of my semen (when
I had it) and a dull pain in my left testicle.

Well of course now I don't have semen any longer so I can't talk about
that but I don't have testicular pain any longer after my RLRP.
Besides feeling the testicles, is there a test for testicular cancer?

The OP certainly needs to get to a Uro....

I don't know.  However I remember reading Lance Armstrong's
book, _It's Not About the Bike_, that he experienced severe pain
in his groin and testicles and, being a macho guy, tried to ignore
it until it got so bad he couldn't stand it.

I think so too.

Unfortunately, I suspect a majority of people around the world
have very limited access to medical care.

There are also a lot of people who are especially reluctant to
speak to a doctor about about problems with their "private parts".
They don't want to talk about it and they don't want to be poked
and prodded.  Lots of people are skittish about doctors in general,
but having their testicles examined is something that they feel
is beyond enduring.

It's a tough public health problem.  I have no doubt that there
are many men with prostate cancer, even in the U.S. and Europe,
who just don't want to have their prostates examined and
would rather take their chances.

My son found a lump between his testicles that seemed to him more or less
attached to one of them.  He was newly married at the time, so I don't know
why in hell he was playing with his testicles, but I am glad he was.  They
yanked one and he's clean and has since sired two wonderful grandsons.

My brother's one of them. No shame here though, I've been poked
prodded and who knows what else, but I'm alive and not regretting a
moment of it.
