It's also becoming apparent, if sources are correct, that whole grain
content is not a sufficient criterion for carbohydrate selection, that
glycemic index is a far more valid criterion, especially as our sleep
patterns change with age, tending to raise our blood glucose levels.
I may have done all I can or will for my cancers, but just in case
they're cured, I plan to do what I conveniently can to thwart the next
alligators in the que. Some are relatively easy to stymie.
Time to hit the gym.
