Apparently, the poster is an IT professional who lives in the UK but who
is "around the bend", as we Brits like to say.
He's well known there, keeps morphing and apparently knows enough to
stay ahead of efforts to squelch him.
The BBC has apparently written articles about him.

I think we all have to suffer with him and ignore his posts.  He is
posting across countless different groups and apparently it has been
going on for years.
