BEGIN NEWS ITEM

"The video of Hussein's medical examination was replayed again and
again.
"The imagery is powerful," said Fox's Linda Vester, since Hussein had
"murdered hundreds of thousands of innocent Iraqis" and was now
"reduced"
to having a tongue depressor stuck in his mouth.

Rather, the last journalist to interview Hussein, seemed to call for
mind-reading when he asked an author what was going through Hussein's
mind
while being subjected to this "indignity" and "humiliation." "

END NEWS ITEM

Ha.   The tongue depressor is a good start, but the indignity and
humiliation are just beginning.   Wait until they tell him to bend over
and then give him the fickle finger.   Wait until they make him spread
his legs for a biopsy while a young, female nurse assistant watches.
Wait until a nurse pulls his catheter and gives him a diaper to wear.
Make him watch those MUSE videos while he tries to get his willy to pay
attention.    The Geneva conventions don't leave us lacking for ways to
inflict indignity and humilitation.

I'll bet Colin Powell would be all in favor.   (He had his surgery this
a.m.)

I had an appointment with Powell's doctor early afternoon, my doctor
back in May.
The surgery went well apparently (he had kidded that he could see me if
he was still in the country after the surgery - he didn't say who he was
going to operate on at the time.)

Wonder if ole Colin will join alt.support.cancer.prostate ??

Maybe we should send an email to the State Department to tell him about
phoenix5?
