28 months post RP with one side nerve sparing and I had intercourse last night for the first time without needles, pumps or pills. Full on, hard, back to the good old days erection ( except for the inch or so lost by surgery). I have worked hard for this moment, subscribing to the "use it or lose it" theory. So for all those recent RP guys I can tell you there is hope if you a prepared to work at it and not give up. AW Congratulations.
