Dan had no choice for treatment. He was not diagnosed until he was
"advanced". He, like me and many other here, when dx'd with advanced
cancer, can only fight it with ADT and chemo.
You and Stills (or Nash) caught it early. Ergo, you have a choice. But,
there is no treatment choices open to the rich that are not open to any man
in America (slight assumption here). John Kerry also had the same options
and his wife is very rich. Merv Griffin is another who was extremely rich,
had the same options, but apparently poor physicians.
