I was just flying along when I hit upon some spam.  I don't recall the title
and never saw the content, because it had been deleted from our server.

However, the next three posts from Steve Jordan, California Chief, and Bob
C. were also deleted.

The one that is piquing my interest is that which came from Bob C.  The
subject was "Numbers for Steve."

Bob, can you repeat it?  Or, anyone, can you forward it?

It never came on my news server. Perhaps it was a repeat of a message
from Bob C. to you of Aug 26 with the same subject. I did a search on
Google Groups and that is the last message with that Subject that I
could find.

Steve, Bob's post reads,

"Hi Steve, new numbers here, nothing unexpected though. PSA today is up
to 2.1.  Went back on  Lupron today and added Casodex to see if there is
any help from it.  The off period I just enjoyed, my vacation from
Lupron, has been great in a lot of ways, but it is over.  Even have
hairy arms, legs, and chest again!!!  Both urologist and oncologist and
patent  agree that though the Lupron plus Casodex is unlikely to produce
results for me (had three psa increases on Lupron in past) it is next
logical thing to try. If it works, great. If not, then on to other
treatments per the oncololgist.  Ya never know.  Wish me luck, and it
sure is good to see how well your numbers have been doing. Remember, you
and I had pretty parallel stories and dates of events until recent. You
keep going your way, I'll try and parallel you again!!"

Got it, Bob.  Sorry about the news.  Though, it's reasonable to assume that
I'm not far behind.
