My husband just had blood tests for his physical and he is slightly
anemic.

He had radiation seed implant in March.

Did any of you Guys get anemic after your radiation??

My husband did not.  He has been doing fine.  The procedure was also
done in March, and all has gone well.  The PSA did not go into the
very low numbers that the prostatectomy men have reported, but he has
checked out OK.

Has your husband done well other wise?

My husband had HDR radiation (needles in the prostate) and his red blood
cell count was down a tad.  Not much, but definitely in the lower range.
He has never had to take iron for it.

Heather, I had high dose external RT 6 months ago, and although
I have some small SE (occasional rectal bleeding), I do not have
anemia (blood test to see if I am anemic done just 2 weeks ago).
Norma,  with RT, not everyone get a drastic drop in PSA. It could take
a couple years before he reach nadir (lowest point).. Mine is still
dropping (slowly....).

That is a relief.  I wasn't sure what to expect for sure.
