I owe to the group the results of my latest PSA.
It reads: PSA 0,409
Testosterone 2,9

Ouch!  The last time it was at that level, you went on ADT.  Are you going
back?

That's pretty normal procedure, right?  The doctor wants to see a trend
before doing anything, so two more tests would be needed to establish that.  

We'll keep you in our thoughts and prayers.
