eliminate the two year renewal of breast stamps

Congressman William "Lacy" Clay (H.R. 1236) to permanently authorize
the Breast Cancer Research Stamp, this is to eliminate the two year
renewal of breast stamp. help me support this campaign and let our
voices be heard.
