Hubby has been having a burning at the tip of his penis after urinating.

Anyone have this problem after radiation seed implant ?? (which was done
in March.)

Shirley Ann,

If you go to the Google Groups search page at:

 http://groups.google.com

And enter "burning radiation group:alt.support.cancer.prostate"

There are 350 hits.

Apparently it's not uncommon.  Hopefully some of the postings will
give you some ideas about what experience others have had and
what they did.

Good luck.

Shirley, this is a common SE of radiation treatment and goes away
after a a few
months (my own experience). If he had not experienced any orgasm since
the
radiation, he will feel this burning experience too when he
ejaculate. Note that
there will be very litle amount of semen coming out, maybe half a
teaspoon or
so, and it will eventually dried out as the radiated prostate shrivels/
become
scar tissue. In my case,  the only organ that still produce semen
component  is the
cowper gland, and fluid is now just a clear, somewhat watery dribbles.
The prostate
no longer generate the white milky fluid, and no sperms since I had my
vasectomy
many years ago.
