Hello:

I'm really posting this because I'm testing a new news reader to see whether
I like it better than my Google Groups account.

But I do have a question I've been thinking about for awhile.

For those of you who have had a catheter following a prostatectomy, to which
leg was it taped?

Mine was taped to my right leg.  I think it made me a little more
uncomfortable during my recovery, since I've always 'dressed left.'  But of
course I didn't think to change it.

I used the right leg because I always dressed right.  Sadly, after the
surgery caused penile shrinkage there's hardly enough length to go
left or right.

Hubby had his catheter taped to his left leg in the hospital.
He gets out of bed on the left.
