I did a lot of research into finding a cure for BPH. I made a pencil
note of success using 1-2% Menthol and 10-20% Salicyclic acid.  I
found nothing else on that, and tried some herbal remedies instead.  I
finally decided to try it.  I applied it once a day (the article said
twice), and within three days my prostate went from hard to semi-
spongy and noticibly smaller! Within one week it was close to normal
size and about as soft as it should be.  I wanted to post this without
delay. I'm trying to find that old reference. TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR
FIRST.  The OTC creams (this combination is commonly used for muscle
aches) say for external use only. Most of the OTC varieties are too
strong. The article said 1% menthol was as good as 2%, so go with
less, because it burns (sort of) a bit for a few minutes, especially
if you get it on the area right at the opening of the anus, or on the
outside of the anus (washing with running water fixes that). I found a
week formula and emptied the tube into another container, and then
sucked it into a plastic syringe (for dispensing liquid tylenol orally
to children) - about the amount that would make a dime on your hand.
Lying on my stomach I inserted a finger to see how far back the
prostate was, and then inserted the syringe that far.

Talk to your doctor first.

I'll post that ref if I can find it again.

==> oh gosh.... oh gee......  i'm so impressed..........

impressed that you can't tell the difference between a BPH and a cancer
newsgroup.

impressed that you think that you can treat cancer by going into the
colon.

maybe you ought to teach at the medical schools because of all the
research that you've done - they sure don't teach going through the
colon to treat the prostate except for a biopsy.

i wonder what else one would find
in, "the area right at the opening of the anus, or on the outside of the
anus" ??

and by the way, here's the story on maininator.com......

Welcome to Mailinator™. It's like super-instant, always-ready,
any-email-you-want email. Right now. It's your personal disposable email
account.

What if there was a website that any and every email address you can
think of already exists. And you use any one you like, anytime you like
- just by thinking one up.

Here is how it works: You are on the web, at a party, or talking to your
favorite insurance salesman. Wherever you are, someone (or some webpage)
asks for your email. You know if you give it, you're gambling with your
privacy. On the other hand, you do want at least one message from that
person. The answer is to give them a mailinator address. You don't need
to sign-up. You just make it up on the spot. Pick
schminky@mailinator.com or funwump123@mailinator.com — pick anything
you want.

Later, come to this site and check that account. Its that easy.
Mailinator accounts are created when mail arrives for them. No signup,
no personal information, and when you're done — you can walk away —
an instant solution to one way spammers get your address. It's an
anti-spam solution for everyone. Your temporary email account will be
automatically deleted for you after a few hours.
Let'em spam.

invariably fatal. Prostate cancer is only sometimes so."
