I wish they made light IC pads, 4" X 6". For some reason all the light
pads that I know of are only a couple inches wide, and seven or so
inches long.

Maybe two side by side?

As I've commented on several times, I consider only one pad actually
useful: Serenity for Men. It's triangular, and is about 6" wide where it
counts. The rest of them are for women, IMO.

I.P. and others have said this several times, and I finally gave the
Serenity for Men a try-- and I wholeheartedly agree.  I was
contemplating swicthing from the Depnds briefs to the Depends Guards,
but they are too darned narrow.  The Serenity pads are much better, so
when I do switch to pads, I'll drive the extra few miles to get
them.

I too am a Serenity for Men user.  I used the Depends Guards pads
until about a year ago last February when Kimberly-Clark (makers of
Depends) narrowed the absorbent part of their pads by 1/2 inch thereby
reducing the absorbing area by 20%.  Leaking occured out the sides
long before the pad was full.  After numerous emails to the company
complaining and after numerous responses claiming the new pads were
just as effective, I bolted to Serenity.  Now I avoid all KC products
- screw 'em.

Should be pretty obvious to the manufacturers that you can't expect a 2"
wide windshield to contain a center-mounted 1.5" windshield wiper.
Duh!

I suspect it's time to ask my uro for a nation-wide uro mailing list and
inform all these dudes and dudettes they should tell every incontinent
male pt to try Serenities. I've got at least 40 20-packs of them stashed
because I'll always need at least pads, I'll live long enough to use
them up, I'll never use any other pad currently available, and they were
$3.50 a pack.
