While I'm at it, I would like to again remember:

Maynard Berkowitz of Minden, Nevada; born 1930 and died a warrior's death,
January 18, 2004.

Sorry, I forgot your anniversary, Berky.

May he rest in peace after a long, hard and valiant fight.

Hello Steve, Berky was a good friend of mine and I called him several times
in Minden.......He used to watch skiers with a telescope from his home on
the eastern slopes of the Sierra Nevada's
I feel he is up there skiing now instead of watching....

I remember Berky.

The Warrior nickname says it all.

It was inspiring to me. I was a big wussy at my first diagnosis - for a
couple of months. Then I found this group - and the many warriors that
contribute. Now, I will do anything and everything to deafeat the
monster - looks like I may have become a warrior. Never, Never, Never
ever Quit.

God Bless Berky The Warrior.
