Have a Windows ME 2000 and I like the Google..as I said..all Greek
to me after 7 years on WEBTV..Would like just maybe a few replys..but I
woke up to 43 messages??? Howie<<<<<<<<<
Howie......there is no such model as *Windows ME 2000*......so perhaps
you should figure out what you do have. Is it WinME or Win2000?? I
still say, phone your ISP (peoplepc) and ask them to help you out. What
does the splash screen say when you first boot up?? Windows Millenium??
Do you have Outlook Express on this computer?? (of course he does,
Heather, grin) That is your email program if you do. As I said before,
I have never used WebTV....so can't even visualize what you do with it.
But a few people on this ng do use it so perhaps they could help.
But you are coming thru via Google, so use that for now until you figure
out what the innards of your computer are. You could download *Belarc
Advisor* which will tell you exactly what is on your computer (software,
missing Microsoft patches, etc), but I don't want to confuse you.
Best.....Heather
