On your PC, use Outlook Express as a "news reader" (see Help) or use another
program if you prefer, select alt.support.cancer.prostate, and Subscribe.
That's it. If you have trouble, check with the ISP that provides your
Internet access. Alternatively, go to www.Google.com, select Groups, and
again search for alt.support.cancer.prostate.

I use Google Groups because I had so much trouble with Outlook Express
and Road Runner.

   Congrats on joining the computer age! If i were you I'd learn to use
Google to answer this question, and use it frequently to answer pretty much
everything else.  Google Groups is probably the easiest way to do this.
Outlook Express, although much better,  is a bit complicated to set up.
