Finally got to see him about my PSA which went from <0.01 to 0.05  in
about 20 months after Prostate removed.  He said one of Three
causes..Beneign Prostate materiel, Lab error or CANCER!!!! so they drew
blood for another PSA but have not heard from them.. Hope Lab Error..

Well, he forgot to tell you about Door No. 4 - PSA is produced in
minute amounts, which is what you are talking about, in the adrenal
glands and perhaps some other tissues. Don't sweat it.

Everything I've read, indicates that readings below 0.10 are not to be
trusted and should be considered undetectable. See both Walsh and
Scardino, also the reference below from Walsh.

It's too early to worry about Cancer, Howard.  Easier said than done, I
know.  But, nonetheless...
