Penis pump

I have been using the Osbon pump and am not very happy with it.  It
tends to suck my scrotum inside and also when the constriction bands
are pushed off the cylinder I am given a painful snap.  I also have
had to use two rings to maintain an erection which of course means a
double snap when they are installed.

In all it is a very painful process but still worth it.

I am thinking of trying another brand of pump, Vacurect for instance.
I would like any input on what works for others.

PSA <0.04 and holding.

I used that pump for 18 months.  I also had some similar problems.  The
scrotum problem was easy to deal with, but it was four years ago, so I
don't know what I did.   I got used to the snap, which I found was more
disconcerting than painful.  I never experienced an pain or bruising
afterwards.

When I had problems, I found that their help line was pretty helpful in
finding solutions.  For example, I  had problems with the rings, and
they sent me another type of ring which worked much better.

Glad to hear about your PSA, Roy.

But, which Roy are you?  LRP in 2004 or RRP in 2006?

If you think the "snap" hurts when you apply the tension ring--wait
until you feel the "snap" when the finger pull on the ring breaks during
removal. You will see stars!

Two years ago you were very nearly the same.  After starting this journey
with a Gleason 8 and Stage T3, a PSA of 0.05 would seem to be quite
desirable.

Congratulations.

Hi Roy,  I bought the least expensive, and it was a Rejoyn.
It worked fine......
I needed the smaller band.
You have to understand, use lots of KY, pump it manually, let one ring slip
off, have fun.
Anyway, I have graduated many years ago and believe the pump was a great
device to use while waiting for nerves to kick in.
I did use injections too.  Not bad......they all help keep the unit
operating.
Remember to never over constrict.  It could cause permanent damage.
I have an area on my unit where maybe the bands were used or it got bent
that is not full during erection.
I really do not care as long as 95% works, and it does....

why did you choose the pump over the injections?
