I inject trimix for a few months now - 18 month after my RP.
It took a while to get used it.
Lately I am experiencing an odd phenomena.
When injecting in the left side - all is well, painless,
resulting in an even erection for 3 hours.
However, when injecting into the right side, I feel some pain
and the erection is not even. The right side gets more swollen like
and that hump stays for a few days.
Any comments??

This is something you need to discuss with your uro. Using a needle can
cause some scarring. You might have the start of scarring or even a little
calcium deposit forming on the right side messing things up for you. I think
I'd stay off the right side and just inject on the left until you've had a
chance to talk to the doc about it. Try not to inject in the same area each
time. Something is not exactly right on the right side or maybe you're
hitting a vein or something. When's your next scheduled appointment? If it
is not in the near future then schedule one.

Are you right handed or left-handed?  Most people can't even do both
sides.

Seriously, a doctor should answer this one.

My wife injects Embrel for me.
I enjoy having a "private nurse".   <g>

In your situation, why not have your wife and yourself
turn the injection into a form of foreplay?  Couples have
for years been told to do that with condoms.  Victoria's
Secret and on-line stores offer sexy nurses' outfits.
You may not even need the injection if you saw you
wife in one of those.  <g>
