What's this RE:, RE stuff?

This is the only newsgroup that I read that does not have 'follow-up'
threads. Every reply post has its own 'RE:' topic. I would say that's
it's my clumsy ability with computers, but none of the other
newsgroups do this. Anyone have a clue?

Hi Charlie:
Guess I do not understand your question. What I see on my viewer,
using Google Groups and IE, is the same Subject line as the original
post unles it was changed or added to by the responder. Is that
different from what you are seeing?
