For those of you who, like me, are "almost but not quite" in the
erection department and thus need the aid of expensive pills with
questions about long-term side effects, I really do recommend you try
the goold old-fashioned cock ring. On the recommendation of a
urologist, I bought a fancy one, the Vivus Actis:
https://www.vivus.com/main.taf?p=2,2 for around $20, but I believe that
"adult" shops carry similar things for less money, or you could likely
even make your own.
As to how well they work, let's just say that my wife was "impressed"
the other night. To put that in context, I can occasionally get and
keep enough of an erection for intercourse, but the ring can be slipped
on in seconds and provides the necessary extra boost/confidence that it
won't give up half way through.
I still use the vacuum pump from time to time to stretch out the
wrinkles (remind me of what I used to have), but for sex, the cock ring
is so much less intrusive.

Peter:
I'm looking into the Clampus Maximus for those of us who are looking for
really impressive moments!
All joking aside, I could not resist.
Thanks for the info!

Peter,
They are an integral part of any vacuum pump system, and should be used
according to the instructions. To keep it brief, several years ago, at the
urging of my ex, we tried one; fun for a while but overall; NOT a good
experience, I fell asleep with the damn thing on. Try to imagine the
embarrassment of seeing your family Dr. the next day and explaining how you
sustained "those bruises".
Tom
P.S. Anyone who want's to chuckle, put your beverage down first, I like you
all too much, and don't want you to choke.

I was actuially looking into this a few years ago, but my wife has a very
severe Latex allergy, so while the sex may be great, I may end up killing
her for the 3 minutes of glory!

They're not all made of latex. Silicone is also popular. I didn't check
what the one I have is made of.

All the ones I've seen are latex. They also have them made of wrought
iron.... no thanks!

Surely they have them made of leather - it's such a traditional
material for sexual purposes! ;-)

Hello Peter,
I used the pump, and had that hard rubber ring, 3 differing sizes.....
I had to use the smaller ring for any activity....
I found out that I may have inadvertantly hurt myself, with use of rubber
rings, etc. I believe that viagra, and not in a large dose works....
I used Prostaglandin injections, I used the pump, I tried viagra for a bit
and I got headaches. I finally, after working on this issue, started to
get natural softee's... Hum. I cut my dose of viagra way down...
1/3 of a 100 mgs..It worked quite fine!
So, keep active, and trying, and I would consider viagra, small dose.
Once you start getting a softee, a little viagra helps.
Good wishes, to you and your wife, and be careful with rubber bands.
I am still healing from bands from the "pump"

To clarify for those of you who have used the tension rings that come
with vaccum pumps (with which I am also familiar), the device I have is
soft and freely adjustable and, for me at least, I don't need to make
it anywhere near so tight as the ones that came with my vacuum pump.
I haven't had much success with pills when I have tried them (I tried
again a few days ago). Stuffy nose and headache, yes, visible
difference to erection, no. I also doubt that a rubber ring will make
you blind (unless used solo, of course :-) ).

I have used those, and constriction is not good!
I have a place where I have used those rings, and my penis has a fold right
there...
Hum.
I tell you, the rubber rings may help but tend to constrict the vessels...
I decided to stop that, No more injury, and small doses of viagra do work.
It does take over 2 years......That is the time it took me, with one nerve
spared. That is me. Anyway, I am in great shape, and use 1/3 viagra.
once in a bit....It really helps...
Wish you the best, be careful for restrictive devices....
Like a tournequet...
