I looked it up and it is just another hokey treatment like Laetrile.
Lost a very good friend to that damned Mexican treatment.
Oddly enough, Harry Hoxsey died of prostrate (sic) cancer, according to
one of the articles.
Guess that says how good his treatment was.

The suit is over who decides on the treatment of this boy's Hodgkin's
Disease, his parents (who sent him to the quack clinic in Tijuana), or
the State. The parents just won a round.
IMO, his parents are killing him. When they finally succeed, may their
consciences (if they have such) make them suffer.
There are thirty files on Hoxsey on Quackwatch: http://www.quackwatch.org/

This whole thing with the 16 YO boy is in the news constantly here as we are
Hampton Roads aka Tidewater VA. He was to report the CHKD hospital for
treatment this week - ordered by the court. CHKD is a major children's
hospital. At 16 he has the right to decide his fate. He obviously has chosen
to die than to go through chemo and then die. The parents have said they do
not agree with his decision, but respect and will honor his treatment
decisions.
