testicals are often finding themselves unencumbered, if you will, by the
elastic in my briefs. And when they find their way past, it can be rather

I don't think that has anything to do with prostate cancer, but you
should ask your doctor about it. It is conceivable that you've
developed a hernia or some related conditions. Most likely it has to do
with how tight your scrotum is. Mine can change radically within the
same day.
