Just got back my PSA--still 0.1 or less.

Bladder control,   NO PROBLEM.  But see below.

ERECTIONS  what's that??

Dont' want to be discouraging to our younger victims of this unfortunate
disease who are contemplating treatment. Your situation will most likely
be very different.

With a great deal of stimulation I can get an erection, but......One thing
I never realized was how much my prostate entered into the whole process.
After the fact I remember my arousal would start somewhere behind the
pubic bone. so there's nothing there to arouse, or to contribute to the
fun and games.

I am 73 YO,and had a very bad peyronies situation for years
before the cancer got me.  Peyronies took almost two inches off in
length, as well as reducing my thickness.  On top of that lost another
inch when the uretha was pulled up to replace the prostate.  So my sex
life had been nearly non-existant for a long time. My testosterone level
has probably declined as well leaving me with little desire.  As older
friend (now gone unfortunately) once said to me, "I can remember how, but
I just don't remember why."

I have to be careful in the bathroom,  length reduction forces me stretch
out as much as possible or I'll piss all over myself.

Good to hear from you Wayne.  Sorry about the ED and related problems,
but glad to see that undetectable PSA result.  That is what counts.

Good luck to you.
