Until my cancer returns, the greatest lasting impact PC has had on my
life is urinary incontinence. While diapers/pads/pouches are just a
band-aid to the problem, they are definitely support for leaky PC pts.
I'd be up one wet, messy, smelly, lonely creek without them, and cost
matters. As long as nostrum posts are defined as such in the topic line,
are legitimate solutions to PC problems, and aren't too numerous (?) --
i.e., as long as they support rather than exacerbate my cancer -- they
are appropriate IMO.
I'd never had heard of the ActiCuf if it hadn't been pitched here, and I
consider it a practical and superior physical and logistical solution to
mild urinary incontinence; only its cost stands in the way of its
widespread acceptance, IMO.
"Second"? How about all the snake oil pitches -- bogus, sometimes
harmful, falsely labeled, insulting, and of no use to anyone?

Thanks I.P. for mentioning the Acti-cuf.
I was trying to think of the name cuz I was gonna say that if the
product applies to the group...it sems OK to me if they wanna hawk it.
If it's a rare 'Funky Ju-Ju Seed', or a Nigerian super-cure...that's
another story.
