Did other people just start getting disgusting spam at their NG emal address? Its pretty clear that the source comes from someone here, since this is the only place I use this email address. Thanks, > Laurel I don't know why you would have it all of a sudden, but it has nothing to do with animosity of any of our members. Just the fact that you use a non-spoofed address on this, or any, newsgroup, leaves you vulnerable. If it bothers you a lot, you can change your address and then spoof it before posting. I just let my spam filter catch what it can and I delete the rest. Of course maybe you've attracted a "fan" from another NG? Like everyone else on usenet, I get spam all the time, and I'm sure I've NEVER pissed anyone off in this NG :-) I agree with the others Laurel. It's just a robot picking up your addy.
