They all work more or less the same way, but they can differ somewhat in side effects for particular men. They may also differ in how well they work for different men. I've only tried Viagra and Cialis. Cialis is longer lasting, but it sometimes inducse muscle pain in me. since I have a bad back, I try to stay away from pains which may or may not be from my back if I can avoid it. I have tried the systemic drugs and they work but they have their side effects. For me there is nothing like trimix; I have never experienced a side effect and you chose your erection by the amount of the medicine injected.
