I don't have any advice. Information gathering seems in order. I have
a question. Are you the person who posted that he and his brother both
had RPs but lately his brother had cancer cells in his urine?
best wishes to all,

I (Howie) had prostate removed a year ago and has been undetectable so
far. But my Brother now has had a prostate biopsy and also red spots
seen in bladder with scope..so he must now have bladder biopsy...yes,
cancer cells found in urine..

No, that was me. Tests have come back negative for bladder cancer, so
they're taking a wait & see approach for now.

After your post I looked some stuff up. It seems they have a urine
test that is diagnostic for bladder cancer. Some antibody or
something. It is supposedly very accurate. So I guess that's what
they did. If I remember right, that means that there is a clear test
for *something*. Since nothing is completely diagnostic of PCa except
removing the whole thing. And that is not even diagnostic for how
systemic it is. Best wishes for your brother. (And you!)
