Hi Leonard, I. P. and Allan,
You may remember me from the beginning of March, when I posted a
message on being requested to take part in a large medical research on
prostate cancer. I wasn't sure whether or not to take part, and your
replies helped me lot to make up my mind.
As I wrote on 8 March, I decided to take part and on 22 March a blood
sample was taken. This morning I got the results and my reading is
normal. I'm very pleased!
In my posting of 7 March I made a mistake. I wrote that "they have
written to 100,000 men all over the coutry to volunteer for an ASP
test". Actually, it's not 100,000 but over 200,000 men. So it's a
really large study. I also had to fill out two questionaires: one
about my lifestyle and another of everything I was eating for seven
consecutine days (tomatoes and tomato products seem to keep prostate
cancer at bay).
Thanks again and all the best.
Tom

Hi Tom.
I remember your inquiry. I'm glad your PSA turned out normal, and I'm
glad you were able to help advance medical research.
Regards,
Alan

Well, you've passed the first trial test: you are glad you joined it. If
your outcome is also good, that's another win. We're all hoping it works
for you.
